"Looked Real"
I’ve bought similar items before that looked kind of fake or cheaply made, but these actually looked real to me. Overall, I was happy with how they turned out.

"Great for deals when the promos hit"
I mostly use Temu when there’s a coupon or free shipping going on. That’s when the prices are actually solid, and sometimes stuff is crazy cheap. I’ve had a few things show up better than I expected, while others were just kind of fine. Shipping took a little longer than I’d like, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’d say it’s good if you’re shopping around for promo deals...

"Temu is fine when I just want to…"
temu is fine when I just want to grab cheap little things, but I don’t feel totally comfortable with the data/privacy side of it. The app seems to ask for a lot, and I get way too many tracking emails and notifications. I’ve been using PayPal instead of saving my card info, just to be on the safe side. Nothing bad has happened to me, but I really wish the privacy settings were easier to find. Has anyone else had the same issue with all the notifications and privacy settings?

"Pretty happy with my Temu order"
Most of the stuff I got from Temu was better than I thought it’d be. A couple things did feel a little cheap, but they’re still totally usable. For what I paid, I’m happy overall and I’d definitely order again

"Refund came through, just a bit slow"
I had to request a refund after Temu sent me the wrong item. The process in the app was actually simple, so no complaints there. It just took longer than I expected, and the updates weren’t super clear along the way. I did get my money back in the end, so it all worked out, not a bad experience, just slower than it should’ve been

"Easy return, no drama"
Ordered the wrong size by mistake. Happens. I figured the return would be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t. Started it, sent it back, and that was pretty much it. No long chat with support, no back-and-forth. Refund showed up quicker than I expected too. painless.

My order showed up in good condition, so no complaints there, but the shipping was definitely slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated, which made it a little frustrating because I wasn’t sure where things were. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “It’s still on the way, tracking can take a bit to refresh,” which was helpful enough, but I still ended up waiting longer than planned. Not a terrible experience, just a bit slower than I hoped

The stuff is cheap, which I do appreciate, but the coupons can get confusing sometimes. I feel a little pressured trying to figure out which ones to use before they expire or before I check out, and it kind of takes the fun out of shopping.

I’ve ordered from Temu a few, well, a few times now, and the deliveries have mostly shown up on time. One package arrived a day late, but the tracking still worked fine, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it’s been reliable for me.

I ordered sometime around the end of last month, or maybe it was the first week of this month, and noticed my card got charged twice for the same purchase. I reached out to customer service and they did eventually refund it, but it took longer than I expected. It all got sorted out in the end, but the wait was frustrating.

I’ve ordered from Temu a few times now, and it really depends on the seller! Some stuff showed up fine and right on time, but I did have one order come in the wrong size, and the seller took forever to respond :/ Temu eventually stepped in and helped, which I appreciated, but the whole thing took longer than I hoped. Not a terrible experience overall, but I definitely don’t fully trust every seller on there.

I usually judge an order simply: did the right stuff arrive, and did I have to deal with any hassle? In this case, no wrong items showed up, so that’s a win in my book. Nothing over-the-top to report, but I’m happy enough with how it went

Ordered a few small things from Temu and they were basically what I expected. Sizes, colors, and what came in the package matched the listings. One thing was a little lighter in person, but not a big deal. For the price, I’m happy and I’d order again.

I mostly use Temu through the app, and honestly... it’s been easy to navigate. Searching for stuff works fine, checkout is simple, and I can track my orders without having to dig around too much. The website is okay too when I’m on my laptop. No major problems so far.

“I placed three orders with a total of around 60 items. One of the orders consisted of many socks that I planned to donate to a local homeless shelter, while the other orders included various items for my house, car, clothing, and kitchen. I must say that every aspect of conducting business through their app was completely satisfactory. I encountered no problems or glitches whatsoever. Their technology for tracking items and processing returns is excellent. I had one sweatshirt out of the three that I ordered, and I simply didn't like the style. I requested a return and immediately received an email informing me that I would be credited on my PayPal account (which I received within two days). They also advised me to either keep, give away, or recycle the product, without the need for returning it. Overall, everything was legitimate and it was easy to do business with them. Their prices are very affordable, although it's important to note that shipping, especially from China, does take some time. However, my longest wait was less than two weeks. The quality of the three sweatshirts and dozens of socks was satisfactory. So, I must admit that I was mistaken. I used to believe that if something seems too good to be true, it probably isn't true. Well, in this case, it is true.”
